One of the great joys of TRE is the community and having the opportunity to collaborate with other great Providers.
There is always so much to be learned from watching others facilitate sessions, and to see how the presence of each provider can cause session participants to respond differently, simply because we are all wired to be empathetic and to feel resonance with each other. Just because it’s non-verbal doesn’t mean it’s not real and having an impact on our systems!

We are very excited that we have been invited to be a part of this year’s NHG Health Festival.
Wellness is about being well in our minds, emotions and, of course, our bodies! It is so thrilling that as developments in medical science and psychology have begun to recognise that wellness begins in the mind, there is more openness to explore and try a wider range of techniques and practices that help us to cope with and discharge mental and emotional stress. We are all for exploring every avenue that could help us take better care of ourselves so that we experience more vibrancy, aliveness and joy.
We will be getting a 60 minute session on Day 2 of the festival to share about TRE, how it helps just about anyone as a stress management tool as well as a physical recovery aid. We are looking forward to guiding those who sign up through the basic exercises to have their first Tension Release Exercise tremor.
