COMMUNICATING WELL FOR YOUR WELL-BEING
All good relationships are founded on having good communication practices.
The one relationship we definitely benefit from having a great communication dynamic with is the relationship we have with our own systems. Just imagine being able to hear a request from your system so that you know exactly what kind of care it needs. Or being able to make a request to your system so that you can be at your best when you most need to be.
Imagine how profound a sense of peace and comfort there can be from simply knowing how to work with your system so that it can do what it is designed to do: heal itself.
Self-care is so much more than seeking professional help when we are sick.
It is about learning how to create the best possible inner platform for optimal natural healing.

General Information about the workshop
- Ladies who are pregnant (if this will be the first time you are engaging this modality), and
- Anyone who has had abdominal surgery in the last six months and hasn’t yet been cleared by their doctor to resume normal activities.
You could still join the workshop to learn about the modality, but you would be encouraged to observe rather than engaging in this particular somatic practice for your own safety.
If you are open to seeing how our perspective can enrich your current practice and how you do provision for your clients, as well as to get more ideas on how to integrate practices, we would love the opportunity to support your continued development as a professional and to have you as part of our community of healing-facilitators who want to share and experiment with how we can all get better at what we do in an open-hearted environment.
Post-workshop : SUPPORTING LASTING CHANGE by DEEPENING INNER TRUST
For anyone who wants to embrace their own power to pro-actively support their own healing by developing a regular practice, we have designed an online practice series, DEEPENING INNER TRUST, to support you in taking the journey deeper and discovering what works for you.
Each week, we will support the gradual deepening of your trust with your system, reinforcing the practice of the modalities taught in our OWN YOUR HEALING workshop to help build confidence in combining these modalities in different ways. We seek to provide a safe space that will encourage exploration, experimentation so that you feel supported in self-designing the practice that best serves you.
Taking the time to know your system, including but not limited to how to care for it holistically and effectively, will change the way you understand your own health and what keeps you well.
